How Thrive Helps Mind Health

Know Your Risk

Thrive scores incorporate the key risk factors for these conditions and provides lifetime risk scores for each. Family history is important — but lifestyle is equally so, as this can modify expression of genes (epigenetics).

Screening

Regular Pulse Checks to update your stress and mind health scores and 'Are you OK?' mental health check in if you are identified to be at risk. Intervening early for each of these conditions is essential.

Track What Matters

Monitor key mind and lifestyle health indicators including stress levels, cardiovascular and metabolic health and your key measurements.

Take Action

Set some health goals, reduce your modifiable risks and stay informed with trusted resources.
