Is My Data Secure?

Yes. Your health data is processed locally on your device. Only summary information is securely transmitted to your Thrive account – never full health records.

Where Do I See My Synced Data?

Log in to your Thrive Dashboard and visit the Health Measurements section. This is where your synced steps and resting heart rate appear alongside other tracked metrics like blood pressure, waist circumference, cholesterol and sleep.
